The salary structure at Walsin Lihwa is superior to the industry average. Annual salary raises are based on salary changes in the industry, productivity at Walsin Lihwa, and individual employee performances.
   
   Bonuses and Performance Incentives
 
Walsin-Lihwa has a performance-oriented incentive system for outstanding employees. In addition to a regular bonus of salaries for two months at year-end, there are departmental, personal performance, and productivity bonuses, profit sharing, and employee stock options contingent upon profitability at the company.

Paid Leave System Superior to Labor Standard Law Requirements
Employment of three full years is entitled to a paid leave of 10 days per year. After the third year of employment, such paid leave days increase based on seniority. Paid leave days for the first year of employment are proportionately provided in accordance with the actual number of days of employment.
