	Mr. Yu-Lon Chiao (Chairman and Acting For President of Walsin Lihwa Corporation)
	Mr. Yu-Lon Chiao is the Chairman and acting for President of Walsin Lihwa Corporation. He holds a bachelor in business adminstration from University of Washington, U.S.A. Since joining Walsin Lihwa in 1983, Mr. Chiao has held a wide range of management and executive positions within the corporation including: President of Walsin Lihwa Cable and Wires Corp., President and Chairman of Walsin Lihwa Corp. Mr. Chiao's business savvy led to Walsin Lihwa's entry into the steel industry by partnering with Carpenter Technology, USA in 1992, contributing to the company's stainless steel industry leadership at present. Due to the challenges from globalization, Mr. Chiao has been pursuing corporate reengineering since 1998 to strengthen the core competency of this company.

	Ms. Patricia Chiao (President of Copper Business Group)
	Since joining Walsin Lihwa in 1981, Ms. Chiao has been the Finance Department Deputy Manager, Special Assistant to the President, and the Senior General Manager of Purchasing Management Center and Financial Investment Management Center. In 2003, she was promoted to the Vice President. In 2005, she became the President of the Copper Business Group. Her investment professionalism, market insight, and rich experience in metal procurement are conducive to the growth of the Copper Business of Walsin Lihwa.

	Mr. Wen C. Chang (President of Specialty Steel Business Group)
	Mr. Wen C. Chang became the President of Specialty Steel Business Group in June 2002. Mr.Chang manages specialty steel smelting, manufacture, processing as well as new site establishment. Mr. Wen C. Chang received his EMBA degree from National Sun Yat-Sen University. He has been Walsin Lihwa Corporation's consultant and served in management of Specialty Steel Group since 2000. Before he joined Walsin Lihwa Corp., Mr. Chang was the president of Yieh United Steel Company and also served at China Steel Corp.


	Mr. Ben Chi (President of Wire and Cable Business Group)
	Mr. Ben Chi became the President of Wire and Cable Business Group in December 2008, in charge of business development of wire and cable business of Walsin Lihwa. Since joining Walsin Lihwa in 1977, Mr. Chi has managed production and sales operation of electronic wire, communication cable and power cable departments. His past professional experience includes the vice president of sales for WalsinLippo industries PT. vice chairman and president for Wuhan Walsin Wire & Cable Co., Ltd., as well as president for Walsin Development(HongKong) Limited. Moreover, he acted as high ranking managers successively for HannStar Display Corporation, Hannspree, Inc., HannStar Technology Inc. and Infovision Optoelectronics(kunshan) Co., Ltd. Mr. Chi has wide and profound experience in both wire & cable and optoelectronic Industries, fields ranging from production, sales, procurement, plant establishment to brand management.
